The set shows members of the German parliament (Reichstag). The set is divided into groups corresponding to the parties represented in the parliament. There is no overall numbering, so it is not certain how many cards there are in the set. Köberich gives the total as 96. Cards seen are:

which is a total of 95 cards. This is a strange number as cards were printed in sheets and 95 cards doesn't make a convenient-sized sheet. 96 cards would correspond to two 6 x 8 sheets. Maybe there is one card left to be discovered or one card wasn't issued for some reason.
