Isaria

The card advertizes Isaria "Deutsches Museum" cigarettes. As the Deutsches Museum in Munich is built on an island in the river Isar it is possible that these cigarettes were produced by the museum. Anyone sending in 100 cards got 25 cigarettes free. The picture shows the museum as it was in the late 1920s before the library was built, possibly indicating the approximate date of issue.
